Florida Republican Congressman Trey Radel is showing off his hip-hop knowledge. During a flight to Washington D.C. Tuesday, the congressman decided to take to Twitter to share his opinions of Jay-Z's "Magna Carta Holy Grail" in what he called a "totally unqualified review."
In his micro-reviews, the 37-year-old congressman wrote that only Jay-Z can "pull off" references to Paris and Rome and "still sound real," something he believes Kanye West cannot do.
Radel even gave shout outs to specific songs he enjoyed, such as "Picasso Baby," which he called "pretty sick."
